Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Hotel Ganga Restaurant & Beer Parlour. By booking a room or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations and Cancellations
Booking Confirmation: All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid payment method or deposit. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the payment details are invalid or incomplete.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to one night’s stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Modification of Reservation: Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform the front desk in advance if you require this service.
3. Payment Policy
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Full payment for your stay is required at check-in unless otherwise arranged.
Taxes and Fees: All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. Any form of abuse, misconduct, or illegal activities will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacements will be added to the guest’s bill.
Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the building. Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee.
5. Use of Facilities
Restaurant and Beer Parlour: Guests must adhere to the operating hours and dress code. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in these areas.
Parking: Ample parking is available for guests. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
Wi-Fi Access: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided to all guests. Misuse of internet services, including illegal downloading or inappropriate content, is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy Policy
Personal Information: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during your stay will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
Security: While we take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
7. Liability
Guest Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes for valuables.
Limitation of Liability: The hotel’s liability for any loss or damage suffered by guests is limited to the amount paid for the reservation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Amendments
Changes to Terms: The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to guests.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kollam.
